Steps to take if a link to a perk isn't working or you can't redeem an offer

We know how frustrating it is when you're met with an error message when attempting to access an offer! To help you get back to your purchase as seamlessly as possible, please try the following steps:

  1. A simple step, but sometimes it does the trick -- double-check your internet connection.

  2. Copy the link and open it in Incognito. If the link works in Incognito mode, this could indicate a cache issue. If this is the case, please clear your cache and try again.

  3. Try a different browser (e.g. if you're using Safari, try the link on Google Chrome)

  4. If you’re using a corporate network, your IT security may not allow access to certain pages. Attempt to access the discount code using a personal device (e.g. using your personal mobile using your personal network).

  5. If none of the above works, please reach out to our support team with the following information and we would be happy to review the offer link on our end

    1. Name of the provider you're attempting to access

    2. The URL link you’re using

    3. A screenshot of the error message

    4. The devices and browsers you’ve used to attempt to access the offer

Offers are solely managed by our partners so any resolution will need to be actioned by them.
