If a promo code is not working, it is usually due to the full order or items in your order not being eligible under the offer's terms and conditions. In particular, look out for minimum spend requirements, excluded brands and whether sale items are eligible for that offer. The terms of the offer are either located on the WHEREFIT page where the discount code is presented or when you click through to the provider’s own site.
