Most of our fitness partners operate as an independent franchise, therefore your access card will only be active at the location you had made the initial purchase. This location will be considered your “home club” and is where you will pick up your access card on your first visit.

However, some of our fitness providers do allow you to access multiple gym locations once you have been a member for a minimum period of time. Each franchise/gym have their own terms and conditions which you can find on their websites. If the provider's website doesn't answer your question, please reach out directly to your fitness provider.
