Transferring memberships to WHEREFIT

Our awesome discounted corporate rates only apply to new memberships or class packs. Unfortunately, we can't go back and apply our discounted rate to existing memberships - as much as we'd like to!

If you currently have an existing membership with one of our fitness partners, you can easily switch your membership over to one with WHEREFIT within a few easy steps (subject to change at fitness partners own discretion):

  1. If you are already a member at one of our fitness partners' locations, you have the option to cancel* and sign up with a new corporate membership with WHEREFIT.**

  2. Go to the Memberships & Class Packs page and purchase your desired membership

  3. Bring your existing access card on your next visit, and they may be able to swap that over to your new membership free of charge!

*Alternatively to cancelling, you can wait until the end of your contract with your fitness partner.
**You will need to check the cancellation terms and conditions of your contract, as fees may apply.
